Founded in 1983 and incorporated in 1991, J & H Engineering has been providing quality construction throughout Southern California for 30+ years. We offer design/build, general contracting and construction management services to government entities on the city, county and state levels, as well as commercial, industrial, heavy construction, educational and recreational clients.
